I have been to Amerigo Vespucci three times now and the food is always divine! The menu is so varied, it’s always difficult to pick what I want to eat as I want to try everything. The portions are generous, the staff is incredibly professional and always deliver an unforgettable experience.
Truly a fantastic restaurant with an extremely attentive team and wonderfully crafted food! Cannot fault it at all. We really enjoyed going to this restaurant. Location is great with views of the wharf. Food was delicious. Well presented and tasty. Wine list and cocktails is great as well. And the service, especially for us a party of over 20, was superb. Highly recommended for big or small parties.
Great restaurant in a nice location y one of the historic docks in Canary Wharf. A big selection of Italian dishes was available with vegetarian options also available and prices were not crazy (for London / Canary Wharf area) . I would definitely eat here again as there was so many choices I wanted to try.
had the sage gnocchi with lemon zest and absolutely loved it—bright, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My friend ordered the lasagna, which was cheap, delicious, and just as satisfying. The whole place has a very homey, authentic Italian vibe that makes you feel welcome right away. But the real standout was the service—fantastic staff who were not only attentive but also genuinely funny and warm. It felt more like visiting a friend’s kitchen than a restaurant. Can’t wait to go back!
I had dinner with friends to celebrate a birthday on Wednesday, and the restaurant was already quite crowded. Luckily, we had booked in advance, otherwise, I doubt we would have got a table. I arrived 5 minutes early with a birthday cake and wasn’t sure if the restaurant would allow us to have it there. Fortunately, they did, and even helped to make it a surprise for my friend. I brought candles, and they added their own sparkling candles, which was a lovely touch. They also helped us by cutting the cake into individual slices. I forgot to ask the name of the older lady who served us initially, but I want to thank her for helping make my friend’s birthday so special. My friend smiled a lot and was so happy. I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere, as it was a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected with a fully booked restaurant and limited space. The food was amazing – I fell in love with the seafood pasta and tiramisu. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant! I had my birthday dinner here with a few friends and it was great! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was very jovial. I had looked at the reviews and menu before coming and had my eyes set on the seafood pasta and it did not disappoint! The waiters were very nice and welcoming, they also served me with a complimentary cocktail as it was my birthday.
